The reorder planner's hard stock ceiling and whole supplier cases had no declared winner, and rounding up was the tempting answer. The first change deferred the demand but dropped feasible cases too, and a blank capacity entry let an overflow store take an unlimited leftover. The second change trims one case at a time and writes an explicit zero.

Reading the break planner I put back this week, I found that on a shift too short for three breaks it falls back to the earliest time instead of saying there is no room, and can save breaks the hand-edit screen would refuse.
One change answered which helper logs belong to a session in two ways: the backfill path followed the IDs in the main log, while the live hook took everything nearby, and the server stamped today's branch on all of it. A duplicate guard in the same change marks a session handled before the work succeeds.
