Restock report counted the same units twice, so my deploy now reads the reports first

A grouped planning row borrowed sales from raw feed rows and never wrote down which ones, so those units also showed up as their own lines. I made the planner keep that record per store, then added a read-only checker that runs the real report code for every supplier and stops the deploy on rows that should never reach a supplier or buyer.
