The eval loop's only price tag is a percentage copied off a web page

The hosted model reports tokens but not cost, so the always-on evaluation loop learns a price from dashboard readings I type in, can pace itself by day and week and reserve whole test units before starting, and got a much less wasteful estimator after my first one reserved far more than it seemed to need.
