I drew up a second door into my files, and my policy had never heard of "accept"

Planning an editor session for my agent workbench meant a second way to change files. I made it a stored route map through the existing review path, added accept and reject to the policy's allowed list, and added a separate checker that refuses any report where a write skips approval.
